Kelly Balamuth is a fourth-generation Bay Area attorney — a continuity less than five percent of local lawyers can claim, and one that matters more than people realize when the work is helping a family pass things across generations.
She has practiced civil law in Contra Costa County for thirty-two consecutive years, focused exclusively on trust and estate planning since 2020. Her father, Barry Balamuth, was admitted to the California State Bar in 1972 and founded this practice in 1993. Kelly now leads it.
